The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are happy to announce a full-time Corporate Recruiter position! This role contributes to the mission of FrankCrum Enterprise by consulting with hiring managers, sourcing job candidates, and providing high quality applicants to the hiring managers in all five (5) FrankCrum companies.
- Consults with FrankCrum’s hiring managers to understand the job duties as well as the necessary attributes to properly select potential candidates.
- Coordinates with HR Manager to obtain the hiring and pay range for newly created jobs, and to share updates obtained from the hiring manager for the job description.
- Creates job advertisements consistent with FrankCrum recruiting standards through the applicant tracking system (ATS), posts jobs to job boards, and submits information to external recruiters as approved.
- Coordinates external recruiter relationships and ensures service agreements are up to date.
- Performs passive sourcing using a wide range of resources such as job boards, in-person and virtual job fairs, networking, and appropriate media platforms to find, attract, and build a broad applicant pool.
- Reviews all incoming resumes and selects candidates for interview.
- Conducts pre-screening interviews via phone and online to pre-qualify candidates.
- Administers Predictive Index Assessment, evaluates results, and updates the hiring manager.
- Sets interview schedules and location, prepares, and facilitates interviews and performs follow-up debriefing with the hiring manager and job candidate.
- Updates Human Resources team members and external relationships after the hiring manager makes their selection or if changes are made in the selection criteria.
- Performs and ensures compliance with recruitment tasks such as verification of employment, education, professional references, certifications, licenses, criminal record, motor vehicle record, and informs Sr. VP of Human Resources of results.
- Makes job offers to candidates and coordinates next steps in the recruitment and onboarding process with Human Resources team members.
- Maintains timely and accurate documentation, status updates, and data in the applicant tracking system, on job boards, and in reporting tools.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws, as well as company services. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, a related field, or equivalent years of experience and a minimum of one (1) year of high volume recruiting experience is required. The use of an applicant tracking system and advanced knowledge of employment regulations relative to the hiring process are needed.
