The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time, on-site, Pricing Analyst position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service by generating sales computations and proposals. 

1. Processes quotes using moderately complex mathematics to calculate and determine various costs, rates, and comparisons related to clients, competitors, and prospects. 
2. Processes client reviews and rate changes. 
3. Communicates with brokers and sales personnel in a friendly and cooperative manner via e-mail, phone, and in person to build relationships and gather or share information. 
4. Recommends and negotiates pricing components including broker commission, workers’ compensation rates, administration, and other costs. 
5. Processes state unemployment compensation rate changes in conjunction with the Accounting Department.   
6. Produces cost comparisons, loss data sheets, and various other reports and spreadsheets in Excel and other formats. 
7. Works with internal and external contacts and co-workers to complete tasks, promote sales, and maximize client retention.
8. Maintains Outlook calendar and follows up with related tasks. 
9. Works with Client Experience to retain and service accounts. 
10. Performs account maintenance, information gathering and reporting in various systems including CRM, Quote & Connect, Email, public folders, and internet. 

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include having knowledge of PEO pricing components, company services, and products. Must be able to calculate moderately complex percentages, averages, and pricing components, while using clear, comprehensive, and accurate verbal and written communication and reports.
Experience working in a sales support, pricing, underwriting, banking, or customer service role that demonstrates a moderately high level of business acumen in required. High school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelors degree preferred.
